Hi,
My name is inés macaya. I am an experienced teacher of english as a second language. For almost twenty years, i have taught in elementary school, high school and young adults environments with both large and small groups of learners.
I would like to join your teamwork in order to develop the new trends in the fascinating world of tefl. I honestly believe, that my greatest teaching strength, is my ability to understand each student unique requirements to achieve as much as they can in the process of learning a new language.
Finally, i should say there is no doubt that a good teacher can produce the spark that will convince ( through motivation) the student that it is worthwhile to master the new language she/he is acquiring.
