February 14 – present: crystal palace ladies fc 1st xi
I work as manager of crystal palace ladies 1st team reserves and coach of the crystal palace ladies 1st team. The team play their home fixtures at the crystal palace national sports arena. I train the girls once a week for 2 hours and we play our fixtures on sundays. My role is to select the squad, invite players for trials, work out tactics and team formations, liaise with the 1st team manager and scout for new players.

June 13 – present: crystal palace football club (youth development coach)
I coach football and multisport within the foundation and the youth development at crystal palace football club. Within my full time role i teach pe at various schools in and around london, teaching multi sports off the national curriculum. I am also lead coach at development centres held on monday and friday evenings for advance players.

February 13 – present: brockham badgers football club (football coach)
I am the coach and assistant manager of brockham badgers under 12s 1st team that play in the surrey youth premier league. We train on thursday evenings for 2 hours where i coach detailed sessions that target various different aspects of the game. I also coach players 1:1 focused on developing individual players. I also work on the player’s strength and conditioning along with their fitness. I built links with local schools when we were looking for new players, i would also contact professional clubs to organise trials for some of the brockham boys.

September 13 – july 14: rokeby independent preparatory school (sports graduate)
I am a sports graduate at rokeby boys school in kingston upon thames. My job involves me assisting the pe teacher in pe lessons and teaching various ages in football, rugby and cricket. I independently coach the under 10s c team under 9s c team and the senior 3rd team in games, football training and fixtures every afternoon. I teach pe lessons in class where we educate the boys on a variety of topics including healthy eating and exercise. My job also involves me identifying talent and analysing data that students get tested on, these include the abcs (agility, balance, co-ordination and speed).

March 11 – april 2013: marymount international girls school (football coach)
I coached the high school girls in 7 a-side and also in 11 a-side. The girls were aged 16-19. I would take the team for fixtures both home and away. I would plan for trials at the start of the season where i would then look at selecting a squad for the season ahead. We were very successful going an entire campaign undefeated in the 11 a-side formats and then coming runners up when we competed against other schools at the issa 2012 tournament in barcelona. The girls were competing against international schools from around europe, there were 10 teams competing and i managed to guide marymount to the final which was their best ever finish in the tournament.

Feb 11 – april 2013: chelsea football club (football coach)
I worked as a coach and girls development officer with chelsea football club. I would coach at the girls development centre, the centre of excellence and coach abroad. I would coach girls aged 4 to 19. As well as work as a coach, another of my roles was to work as a development officer for girl’s football. This role would involve me working to increase participation within the female game. I built up links with local girl’s schools, colleges and sports clubs where i would go into schools and hold assembly’s on healthy eating and exercise. I would look at progressing girls that had potential to go further in the game and aim to keep participation on the increase.
