It is useful to give an idea of my work experience as below, i have up to 15 years of experience in the management, administration and accounting fields. I have worked in the administrative, executive, and logistic fields in different companies and ngos, where my responsibilities included the following duties: • accounting, preparing budgets; • drafting contracts and agreements; • preparing for meetings of middle and senior managers, writing the minutes of meetings in arabic, english and french; • participating in drafting the work strategy/planning with strict timelines to accomplish any activity related to programs. • preparing periodic reports (financial and technical) for sponsors with supporting documents. • searching for and dealing with the best suppliers in regards to quality products at the best prices; • coordinating the bi-annual conference. (invitation letters, e-tickets, room bookings, suppliers for branding, schedule of the conference, booklets, and logistics’ issues etc.) close supervision over duty execution and follow up on daily tasks to ensure efficiency, smooth running of work and respect for deadlines. This is in addition to providing leadership for a team of four to five subordinates anytime our education projects have a conference in lebanon or abroad. Moreover, i have the necessary it skills to do the job effectively, professionally and continuously. On the personal level, i thrive on innovation, diversity and challenge. I am a viable team player with high level of energy and positive attitude, and i am ready to attend any training session that improves my knowledge.
