I could make work with young people get more proffesional and innovative because right now, i'm dealing with the best proffesionals in high performance area in spain. I'm working at real madrid with incredible therapists, that are teaching me on how to direct a recovery session, how to treat football players since they are young and how to make the process of recoverying from any type of injury. I am ready to go to another country to teach and be teached about different approaches of working with young footballers. I can deal with data analisys, load quantification, biomechanical process, resistance and endurance training and i have a solid knowledge about testing with different instruments like encoders, oxigen consumption techniques, biomechanical cameras, anthropometric measures, estability, etc. I am a very friendly person as i have many communication skills, especially with young players and work mates. I have so many experience working with young athletes, sometimes from the point of view of educator more than a coach. Ultimately, i come from another country and another cultyre, i think my mentality could enrich the way of working.
