O organising trips and activities- creating activities and planning day trips to suit not only groups and individual students but also my staff. And understanding the strengths and weaknesses that each staff member has
O leading trips and activities-
O taking groups on day trips, entertaining and educating the students whilst making sure they are safe at all times.
O being responsible for students- on trips the behaviour of the students directly reflects myself and the school i represent. Therefore knowing how to manage and control large numbers of students was is a key skill
O organising and training new staff- teaching the new staff the correct way in which to fulfil their job requirements and also how to ensure that they themselves have an enjoyable experience working for the school

O preparing interesting and engaging lessons- creating lessons the students would enjoy and not grow bored of, something to engage them and promote learning
O catering to different levels of ability- not all students were at the same level, therefore the lessons needed to be easy enough for the lowest level student but also complex enough for the higher level students.
O understanding and following the school curriculum- the school had a particular focus on speaking, which meant many of my lessons would involve talking and practicing the use of verbal english
O preparing the students for exams- in addition, there are particular requirements that the students needed to meet for the exams they were due to sit. Therefore, my lessons needed to tick certain boxes, not just improve the students level of english.
