Experienced at delivering work of excellent quality, with attention to detail and high level of personal commitment. I substitute taught most subjects and age groups. Adapting my teaching style and classroom management techniques to the particular classroom environment were skills that i strengthened with practice and teacher collaboration. One of my greatest strengths is flexibility. This provides the capacity to walk into an unknown learning environment, analyze and adjust to the situation which fosters a productive and eager classroom. My experiences have been cross-cultural, working with multi-linguistic learners from kindergarten to adults. I believe you will find me to be a dedicated, flexible and nurturing educator determined to provide students with opportunities to learn with success.
