Butterfly tiger-San: embodied mentoring – body/sound/movement :
In this one hour class, we will work with the whole body, increasing fitness and
Stamina, co-Ordination and balance, strength, agility and flexibility.
• increase strength
• improve flexibility
• enhance agility
• learn how to breathe properly
I am an holistic practitioner with more than 30 years in the field of health and
Fitness, dance and healthy movement practices, a qualified and experienced yoga
Practitioner, masseuse and body-Worker. I also offer individual training programs
And personalised group training and workshop.

I work individually with clients, based on their income and their individual needs and expectations.

I have worked with many many bodies and body shapes over the past few years and feel comfortable in the role, i have a strong and discounted approach but also know the value and power of softness in a long term health and fitness approach.

I work with the whole being, mental and emotional. Attitudes inside the physical frame.

I'm passionate about my field as i know that there is nothing that we manifest outside of our body and if we want to change our experience of life, we have to start inside the physical vehicle.
